Position Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in advancing our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and driving the financial success of our rapidly expanding organization. In this role, you will spearhead the development of financial reporting, modeling, planning, and analysis across all facets of our business. From crafting intricate financial models for health plan contracts to collaborating closely with various teams, including Finance, Clinical Operations, and Business Services, you'll be at the forefront of our financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of financial models for risk-based contracts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and targets.
- Support the contracting process by generating staffing projections based on value-based care contracts, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet patient needs and contractual commitments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide financial analysis and modeling for strategic decision-making and proposals.
- Oversee short and long-term forecasting, annual budgeting, and month-end close processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Drive the production of timely and insightful financial reporting for internal stakeholders and external parties, including the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
- Refine and enhance financial reporting processes, leveraging automation and data analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data visualization and communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
