As Senior Designer you will:
Contribute to trend direction for each season.
Shop and research trends seasonally for inspiration.
Work on a variety of projects ranging from Celebrity and Brand Partnerships to core product lines.
Drive product concept through design and development process, including materials, trims, the creation of silhouettes, and fit blocks.
Design through CAD or hand sketches.
Prepare and present designs through illustrations, CAD, fabrication, inspiration, and samples.
Ensure product designs support brand image, line plans, assortment strategies, and price points.
Have in-person fittings with the support of technical design and MGMT.
International and domestic travel.

Your Experience and Skills include:
7+ years experience in at least two of the following categories: Denim, RTW, Intimates, and Curve/Plus.
Experience at a trend-driven brand or retailer focused on the Northern American and European markets.
Nimble, scrappy and adaptable. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents.
Computer design system skills including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Major bonus points if you're fluent in Mandarin.
