As the Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing business actions to hit financial targets for the Tory Burch online and Full Price store business in North America.
The typical day is... atypical. You will be leading the assortment decisions during markets and partner with Global Merchandising on future product opportunities, based on trends to drive sales. You are influential with the team, Leadership and Cross-Functional partners.
You are entrepreneurial and will review the business to identify opportunities - product, shape, class, and color analysis. You will build strong cross functional partnership with Planning, Allocations, Visual and Site Merchandising, and Digital Operations for 360 strategy execution. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team who share your passion for excellence and be responsible for fostering a positive team environment and inspiring them. To Land This Role: Bachelor's Degree, preferred 7+ years of retail buying experience in a luxury or service driven environment Ability to build partnership with direct managers and cross functional partners.
