Job Title: Audit Senior Associate
Location: Hybrid Remote with office in Miami, FL - 3 Days in Office - Possibly 2 days
Compensation: $80k - $110k base + Bonus
Requirement: 3-6 years of Public Accounting experience - CPA not required but preferred

We specialize in real estate, construction, hospitality, family office, and high-net worth individuals ranging from the individual tax payer to some of the largest companies in South Florida. Due to the growth and volume of work we are looking to add a Audit Senior to the team to help better serve our clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of Public Accounting experience. What You Need for this Position - BS/BA degree - concentration in Accounting and active pursuit of CPA
- 3+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firm
- Experience in auditing privately held companies and leading a team. Ability to work independently on assignments and address issues or questions with the client, engagement Manager or Partner.
- Strong time management, organizational abilities, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
