Responsibilities
• Assign security roles, troubleshoot issues, and perform impact assessments• Troubleshoot data and system integration issues and perform impact assessments• Diagnose business process configuration issues and correct• Assist with testing of system changes and analyze data flows• Develop, maintain, and support a variety of reports• Respond to data requests and provide HR data• Maintain data integrity in systems• Maintain a detailed understanding and working knowledge of HR system• Maintain documentation and provide training to end users• Additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of five years of experience working with Workday• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred• Experience and intermediate knowledge of Excel required• Knowledge of Workday security, integrations, Prism, and benefits preferred• Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and Power BI is a plus• Additional HR functional experience preferred• Must display exceptional judgment and confidentiality• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Extremely detail-oriented• Ability to establish strong work relationships
