Employee Value Proposition: Supportive management advocating for work/life balance Positive work environment prioritizing employee relationships Career growth opportunities within a flourishing organization Key Responsibilities: Lead component engineering efforts for electronic systems Define quality, reliability, and testing standards for components Conduct internal design reviews and component reliability assessments Develop qualification plans adhering to AEC-Q100/101/200, JEDEC, MIL-STD, etc. Address critical supplier-related quality issues Analyze component failures to identify root causes Execute reliability/risk assessments for production and field failures Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineering on supplier audits Influence industry standards through committee representation Qualifications: Proven expertise in semiconductor reliability engineering and failure analysis Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging Proficient with failure analysis tools (SEM, FIB, TEM, etc.) Knowledgeable in reliability stress tests, semiconductor physics, and quality risk management tools (FMEA, 8D, etc.) BSEE or BS in Physics/Chemistry required; MS preferred Compensation: Annual Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 Currency: USD Why Join Us: Our client not only leads in technology but also in fostering a supportive culture where employees thrive.
