THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION The attendant's responsibilities are to deliver but not limited to beverages, appetizers, salads and main dishes to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of education, upbeat and seamless teamwork.
Both a valid Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Certification and Food Handlers Card are required for this position. What will I be doing? · Greet, take guest orders, assign table number for guest to seat self and process in a timely manner.
· Assist guest in choice of beverages and deliver food and beverages accurately to the guests table, once delivered remove table number.
· Check back with the guest throughout meal to ensure no additional items are needed.
· Restock items necessary for service such as: plates, rollups, napkins, utensils, condiment, break down, and store away at closing.
· Restock water stations and coolers/empty at closing and clean for next shift.
· Set up hotbox for takeout orders/store away at closing.
· Restock all to-go supplies
· Handout takeout orders and assist guest with plates, napkins and utensils.
· Set up/break down POS stand and takeout kiosk daily.
· Operate point of sale system.
· Handle cash, room charge and credit transactions while adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.
· Pickup new orders from the register stand and communicate to bar and kitchen in a timely manner
· Clear tables, dining venue, and patio area of any trash and wipe down in a timely manner for the next guest to seat/ ensure entire dining venue and patio is clean at closing.
· Communicate with support staff and management for all inventory, paper goods and guest satisfaction needs.
· Able to work in an outdoor environment for a long period of time.

The hourly rate is $18.57 - $21.85 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
