Full job description Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders. Conduct clinical research and collect data on patient outcomes. Implement therapy techniques such as counseling, DBT therapy, CBT therapy, and etc. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Attend monthly treatment/programming meeting to discuss client needs, programming, marketing and etc. Provide support and guidance to individuals with autism and other special education needs. Mandatory 2 days a week in office to provide in-person counseling services, hours are flexible, preferred days would be Monday through Friday. Provide Mental Health Counseling Services to adolescents in local High School, both individual and group sessions required. Experience:
* Licensed Counselor or related in the state of Ky required for this position, (LPCC, LPCA, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMFTA).*
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Previous experience, at least 2 years preferred, working in a mental health setting is preferred
