Job summary
Experienced Sales Representative to oversee Golf, Collegiate, and Corporate marketsDrive sales growth and expand brand presence in specific marketsDeep understanding of golf and collegiate apparel sector, customization, and sales management

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue within specific markets• Identify new market opportunities and trends• Manage portfolio of accounts, including order management and sales forecasting• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients• Negotiate contracts and oversee promotions and sales initiatives• Meet with customers to sell seasonal apparel collection• Support customer accounts with merchandising assistance• Conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports• Collaborate with marketing team and product development teams• Lead and mentor direct reports or team members• Manage customer interactions and ensure high level of customer service
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• 5+ years of sales experience in the apparel industry• Experience with managing licensed products and expanding market sectors• Experience with product customization methods• Strong negotiation and closing skills• Excellent communicator comfortable with public speaking• Self-motivated and highly organized• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales/CRM software• Ability to travel for client meetings and events
