Responsibilities
• Sell, fit, and dispense eyewear to customers• Adhere to National Vision's Code of Conduct• Bring National Vision's Mission, Vision, and Values to life• Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses• Educate clients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care• Maintain accurate and organized patient records• Notify customers when orders are ready or delayed• Assist customers with choosing appropriate eyewear• Answer incoming phone calls• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols
Requirements
• 1+ years of retail/customer service experience preferred• Strong selling skills and ability to meet sales targets• Bilingual abilities preferred in some locations• Clear and concise communication skills• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees• High School Diploma or equivalent required
