Pay rate: $60k - $140k annually based on productivity.

Job Summary: As a successful Sales Consultant, you are the primary contact for customers representing the dealership. You will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, acknowledging their needs, calling, texting, and communicating on social media. You will overcome objections, review inventory, and provide accurate vehicle overviews. Be aware of all promotions, discounts, and rebates to assist customers and expedite sales.
What you will do: Greeting customers and determining their needs Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customers' needs. Identifying business opportunities to grow business through prospecting and sourcing of new customers using internal and external sales leads. Building relationships with customers to meet their needs and provide an excellent customer experience. What you will need :
