Fleet/Commercial Sales Advisor Bergstrom Commercial & Fleet Management Services of Neenah DRIVE YOUR CAREER FORWARD AT BERGSTROM AUTOMOTIVE AND  APPLY TODAY. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Fleet/Commercial Sales Advisor you will be working with fleet buyers to determine their vehicle needs, provide tailored solutions, and complete the sales/leasing process. This position is responsible for identifying new fleet guests and maintaining contact with existing fleet buyers on availability of desired vehicles, promotional pricing, and staying updated on their current needs. 
While previous sales experience in any area may be helpful, it is not required! We offer fully paid training for learning the sales process, obtaining your state sales license, and more!  Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay: Annual pay potential exceeding $60,000. Base salary of $36,000 + a monthly performance bonus. WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB? Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required Upbeat and positive personality Active listening skills Ability to provide excellent guest service Strong communication skills Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership Ability to build relationships with team members and guests   Experience in fleet, commercial, B2B, or heavy equipment sales is a plus but not required!
