Job Description Cintas is seeking a Sales Administrator to assist Sales Directors in the day-to-day planning, organizing and managing of the sales team. Responsibilities include working both independently and as part of a large remote sales and operations team; researching and solving problems; assisting in developing and maintaining yearly budgetary plans; reviewing monthly trial balances; preparing and reviewing expense reports for proper coding according to policy guidelines; coding invoices and processing for payment; preparing travel arrangements for Sales Directors; maintaining calendars; creating reports in Excel; and creating PowerPoint presentations for Sales Directors.
Skills/Qualifications Required
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 5 years' administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet Experience assisting in creating and maintaining budgets, reviewing and tracking financial data against a budget, processing expense reports, researching and resolving problems, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, creating PowerPoint presentations and creating reports in Excel Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, featuring employee health care premiums that are 30% lower than the national average for our industry. Compensation This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Illinois local city or state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.
The base salary generally ranges between $21.00/Hour - $25.50/Hour. This range is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
