Responsibilities Oversee and manage operations in a high-volume restaurant setting, ensuring smooth daily operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction, fostering a customer-centric environment. Train, mentor, and develop staff members, enhancing their skills and performance for career advancement. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant setting. Strong integrity and personal responsibility, demonstrating leadership and a strong work ethic. Customer-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction. Flexible working hours, willing to work 45-48 hours per week over a 5-day work week. Willing and able to work in any of our 10 Central Ohio locations.
