About the Role
The Revenue Audit Manager is responsible for developing, managing, maintaining, and monitoring all regulatory processes and procedures in a gaming regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee the Casino Revenue Audit team. Manage and develop staff from interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training programs. Foster a collaborative work environment that values teamwork and employee satisfaction. Possess and continue enriching knowledge of regulatory compliance. Monitor departmental quality standards and delegate regulatory compliance tasks. Maintenance of ICS, gaming audit programs, and ensuring adherence to gaming regulations. Ensure accurate preparation of daily, monthly, and adjusting journal entries; perform monthly account reconciliations as required. Standardize and coordinate regulatory compliance procedures across all gaming departments, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, documented accurately, and suggest improvements to existing processes. Verify gaming audits' integrity to comply with established regulations. Stay up-to-date with Federal, State, and County gaming and tax regulations. Proficient in Nevada Gaming Control Board Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). Develop and manage project plans. Collaborate with internal, external, and regulatory auditors, ensuring prompt submission of requested documents. Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audits, address audit findings, and draft management responses. Ensure compliance with MICS and regulatory requirements within set deadlines. Communicate regulatory compliance issues effectively with all levels of management. Requirements
Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills. Detail oriented, with a high degree of integrity and the ability to work within an environment containing confidential information. Computer literacy skills including proficiency with spreadsheets and gaming applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with time constraints and adhere to assigned deadlines. Must have, or be able to obtain, a Gaming Registration.
