Title: Retirement Administration Analyst Work Location: Detroit MI 48226 Duration: 3 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week) Dept: Retirement Administration Engagement Description: Provide support in retirement administration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: corresponding to participants inquiries related to retirement programs and processes
reconciling employee data
preparing and reviewing retirement communications
process incoming retirement paperwork
assisting with internal and external audits and
assisting with projects as needed. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Proficient in MS Office especially with Excel
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Work well independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include: Working knowledge of applicable HR Laws ( i.e. ERISA FLSA OHSA)
Three (3) years experience in HR environment or related field
Education/Certifications Include: Bachelors Degree in Business Admin. Computer Science Human Resource Mgt or related area is highly preferred
