Responsibilities
• Maintain privacy of customer account information• Provide exceptional customer service• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, and issue cashier's checks• Examine and verify customer transactions• Receive loan payments• Promote bank services and products• Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures• Maintain currency and coin supply• Assist with night deposits, mail deposits, and ATM deposits• Handle special requests and resolve difficult customer inquiries• Identify fraudulent transactions and review suspicious activities• Operate computer and other office equipment• Complete on-line compliance training• Attend Retail Banker Training School• Develop specialized customer service skills
Requirements
• Candidate must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or GED required• 1-2 years post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred
