Right this way.ABOUT THE ROLE:Resyis seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Product team and lead product development behind one of our most important strategic initiatives across our platform. You'llbe working with a fast-paced, agile team of product and engineering, and partner closely with dining industry experts, marketing, strategy,salesand success colleagues.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Product Area Ownership:Own and manage end-to-end logic and user experience of one of our highest priority focus areas, across both the Restaurant and Consumer products. Data Security and Compliance: Partner with key stakeholders across American Express tomaintainsubject matterexpertiseon global security, regulatory and compliance standards, and their impacts on product decisions.Engineering Partnership:Collaborate closely with Engineering counterparts to define and deliver technically complex products and services. Evangelize Engineering concepts like site reliability, platform architecture, and platform efficiencies across the broader Product team.Documentation: Write andmaintainrobust documentation around user journeys, data flows, and product requirements. Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing, Restaurant Success, and the broader Product organization to develop and drive the product area strategy, aligning it with overall businessobjectives.New Capabilities:Collaborate with the business on a forward-thinking strategy for enhanced capabilities, focusing on how your product area can act as aResydifferentiator.Identifynew capabilities and channels that help usmaintaina competitive edge in strategy and technological innovation. Thispostingis for our New York, NY office. Residence in the greater New York City area isrequired.Who You Are2-3 years in a product management roleStrong technical acumen and experience building API and data productsExperience and comfort partnering closely with engineering and data teams on product and technical requirements, documentation, testing, monitoring, and iterationStrong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills with senior stakeholders, with the ability to synthesize complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Exceptional attention to detail, with careful consideration of regulatory and compliance factors while driving forward large projects across the entire product development lifecycle Self-motivated, collaborative, and shares responsibility for the team's success and progressAdaptability to evolving needs of the business and industry at largeIntellectually curious and passionate about consumer trends, behaviors, and technologiesShares our love of restaurants, and wants to help the dining industry recover from a tremendously challenging past few years and continue to thriveResyis committed to Equal Employment Opportunity through attracting andretaininga diverse team of employees and creating an inclusive environment for all.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
