Requirements: 2 years of restaurant experience, with 2 years in management preferred. Knowledge of labor, training, hiring, health standards, etc. Comfortable speaking, writing, and comprehending English in a business setting. Highly motivated, energetic, and engaging Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring the restaurant is operating at the highest level of standards Educating, communicating, and reinforcing quality standards to all team members and management in the store Preparing food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards Coaching and developing management and staff by following the MOOYAH Training Program, cross-training, pre-shift meetings, and required city/state/federal training (e.g., Food Safety, etc.) Developing and executing internal customer-making programs to ensure guest loyalty, such as: addressing customers by name, remembering their favorite meals, maintaining a customer log, sending "thank you" notes, using comment cards, etc. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a growing company, we encourage you to apply for this position today.
