Responsibilities: Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service. Must be willing to train employees to facilitate quick acclimation. Continue to build and maintain strong teamwork Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times. Setting regular cleaning standards for the restuarant and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels. Creating schedules for both Back of House and Front of House. Covering shifts when necessary. Ensuring highest customer satisfaction. Must be able to follow an exact recipe and enforce franchise quality and standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager/ Restaurant Manager preferred. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with restaurant sanitation and safety regulations. Conflict management abilities. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. We've been making fresh, authentic NY style pizza for over forty years.
