Responsibilities
• Efficient and courteous operations of the front desk• Checking guests in/out, collecting balances, and making reservations• Addressing guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay• Answering and transferring calls from the switchboard• Providing information to guests about local restaurants and attractions• Making courtesy calls and follow-up calls to address guest issues• Coordinating with other departments to respond to guest requests• Processing revenue from all departments• Inventory management changes as directed by supervisor or manager• Preparing check-in packets and ordering office supplies• Entering maintenance and service requests
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED preferred• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred• Computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills• Ability to work under pressure• Front Desk/Hospitality experience of 1 year preferred• Ability to commute or relocate to Pigeon Forge, TN
