Description Project 12-Ways is a comprehensive in-home behavioral service providing training to families with a history of child abuse and neglect. This is a term, full-time, Researcher I position within the Rehabilitation Institute. It is an appointment in the Project 12-Ways program.
Examples of Duties Assist in the collection and maintenance of treatment, program evaluation, and quality control data. Provide technical assistance to project counselors and research staff in the direct in-home delivery of treatment to families with a child abuse history. The most complex problems faced by this position are the requirement to have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients, the requirement to remained composed and professional dealing with non-compliant clients, and the requirement to be able to spend 90 minutes in homes with environmental neglect. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree by date of hire.
Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in maintaining a changing schedule and a full client caseload.
Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Social Work is preferred.
Preference for experience in working with the child welfare system or in behavioral analysis and therapy.
