Job summary
The Research Associate Clinical II position integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in evaluations and treatments of study subjects along with the attending physician and/or Principal Investigator.This position functions within the spine research team, using knowledge of clinical research practice and ability to comprehend significant elements based on previous experience.Essential duties include assisting with identification and recruitment of research patients, as well as assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating research-related activities while incorporating basic understanding of patient medical problems.

Responsibilities
• Assist with identification and recruitment of research patients.• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate research-related activities incorporating understanding of patient medical problems.• Manage and document data related to research subjects and studies.• Ensure study documentation, team review, ethical approval, and study activation before patient recruitment begins.• Evaluate completed case report forms and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to protocol.• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and acts as liaison between research program and medical center departments, Principal Investigator, sponsor, and monitors.
Requirements
• BS degree required.• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.• Certification required.
