Proactively manage risk and uphold trading discipline. Qualifications Passionate about trading, with a strong desire to learn and excel. Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading or managing investments. Basic understanding of financial markets. Exceptional decision-making abilities. Experience with Java is advantageous but not mandatory. Benefits Package Earn a performance bonus of $7,000 for the first $7,000 profits for the firm.
