Job Description:
Regions Financial is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical issues- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meet or exceed performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in typing and using chat software- Motivated and confident personality traits- Experience with financial services or banking is a plus
