Job Description:

Dick's Sporting Goods is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess a driven and energetic personality to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide feedback for continuous improvement.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs set by the company.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Driven and energetic personality with a passion for helping customers.3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Cooperation and people management skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
