Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position does not require any previous experience and is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues- Utilize customer feedback to make recommendations for improvements to products and services- Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates
