Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at Kroger in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, and possess strong strategic planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information.- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.- 4+ years of experience in customer service.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and remotely.- Strategic planning and project management skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
