Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Jabil Circuit in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level Specialist with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to their issues in a timely manner- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Provide training and guidance to clients on using our products and services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients- Work independently and efficiently to meet client support goals- Cooperate with team members to ensure a seamless client support experience- Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks on time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience- Proven experience in a client support role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace- Independent and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision- Ability to cooperate with team members to achieve common goals- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines consistently
