Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, and possess strong leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely resolutions- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in client support or customer service- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work part-time hours, with potential for flexibility- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
