Job Description:

As a Remote Client Service Manager at New York Life Insurance in San Diego, California, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients remotely. You will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, address any concerns or issues they may have, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions, providing information, and resolving any issues that arise.- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure clients have the appropriate coverage and understand their policies.- Manage client accounts, updating information, processing claims, and handling any billing inquiries.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products and services to existing clients.- Utilize various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and video conferencing to stay connected with clients.

Requirements:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or a related field.- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a remote setting.- Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.- Exceptional time management and organization skills.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
