Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at Laboratory Corp. of America in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients remotely. This part-time position requires a motivated and independent individual who possesses strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries and resolve issues- Maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance- Process client orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Stay informed about company products and services to effectively answer client questions- Continuously assess and improve client satisfaction levels

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Adaptability to changing processes and procedures- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
