Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Officer at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, based in Houston, Texas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers who contact our call center. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who possess strong time management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and general assistance- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Meet or exceed performance goals set by management- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to improve customer service

Requirements:- Must be passionate and driven about providing excellent customer service- Strong time management and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be available to work part-time hours
