Responsibilities
• Manage completion of regulatory reports• Serve as technical expert for regulatory filings• Lead and direct indirect reports for report completion• Calculate and monitor regulatory capital• Assist with month-end close process• Review account reconciliations and financial statements• Stay up to date on bank regulations• Evaluate and document regulatory impact• Assist with annual audits and exams• Ensure regulatory reporting procedures and controls are up to date
Requirements
• 10+ years of regulatory reporting experience• Bachelor's degree in Accounting• Preferred: Public accounting experience• Preferred: CPA certification• Strong computer skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Problem-solving and organization skills• Ability to work under deadlines• Good leadership and project management skills
