Salary : $70K - 85K/year DOE
Schedule:  Full-time; Monday - Friday 
Duties And Responsibilities Onboarding New Associates
Teach core class curriculum, supplementary classes, and workshops Provide one-on-one training on-site utilizing the training checklists Develops Bench Strength
Works with entry level associates to develop their skills into supervisor level Post-transition Support
Train new associates' post-transition Help develop site specific goals Ensures Consistency
Conduct annual community audits Brings up inconsistencies and works with talent development team to remedy Monitors the Training Teams Chat to respond to associate questions Write recaps following one-on-one trainings to the Manager / Regional Manager about items covered Creates and help design courses or activities for associates for quarterly Manager Meetings Monitors health of communities and communicates with RM team to recommend support Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor
Qualifications Skilled at speaking in front of groups up to hundreds at a time. Has demonstrated the ability to grow and develop people. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Is naturally inclined to be a self-starter; works well independently. Has well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company. Previous training or teaching experience is a plus, but not required. Computer Skills: Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, Audit Software, Budget Software Office Equipment: Computer, Telephone, Calculator Education/Training Two years of experience in the property management industry preferred. Certified Professional in Talent Development preferred or equivalent education or experience preferred, but not required.
