Position: Regional Sales Director
We are seeking a driven and strategic-minded Regional Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives within the dynamic healthcare landscape of the Midwest region in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in devising and implementing sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing market visibility, and fostering strong partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other stakeholders for our innovative care management services and technology platform/devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence and meet business targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in physician practices, rural health clinics, specialty practices, health systems/ACOs, and other relevant entities.
Collaborate with internal teams including inside sales, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless customer implementations.
Generate qualified leads and conduct presentations to showcase our services and technology.
Handle proposal submissions and contract requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, healthcare sales, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success.
Proven proficiency in salesmanship with the ability to drive revenue growth.
Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and exploring new sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approximately 25%).
Previous experience in selling care management and remote monitoring services is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and excel in this domain.
