Regional Director of Operations - Austin Region
Must reside in Austin, Texas for this position Responsibilities: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of multiple assigned practices. Support Dental Practice Managers in managing day-to-day operations. Responsible for profit & loss and overall success of assigned practices in the local market. Provide crucial support for the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.
Education/Credentials/Experience: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field, Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Dental operations management. Multi-site management experience required.

Basic understanding of financial statements. Ability to travel to assigned dental/orthodontic offices.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and ensure ongoing compliance with operational policies, procedures, and training programs. Oversee operational and financial performance of assigned dental/orthodontic offices. Provide high-level oversight of facility-related projects. Oversee new affiliations within the assigned region. Review and analyze operating statements on a monthly basis. Review operational reports for ongoing process improvement. Support Practice Managers and staff for compliance with regulations. Monitor marketplace trends and gather competitive information. Assist in preparing and maintaining annual budgets. Coordinate with market leadership team members in the budget process. Assist Practice Managers in hiring, training, and development of support staff. Coordinate daily staffing based on budgetary and patient flow factors. Coordinate vendor selection to minimize costs. Assist in resolution of customer issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
