Supports business partners in resolving all customer freight inquiries. Establishes effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold high-quality service standards.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Serves as a liaison between customers, operations, and cross-functional teams.
Supports in training new hires and business partners on system applications, customer relationship management policies, and procedures.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address escalations and implement corrective actions.
Investigates and resolves appointment inefficiencies and other freight-related issues.
Identifies and communicates freight-related issues and channels them to the correct department.
Analyzes reports to identify deficiencies resulting from service failures.
Maintains records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Monitors and responds to system requests across various channels in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft office, AS400, and Customer Relationship Management software.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
