We are in search of a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join one of the nation's leading litigation boutiques. The firm occupies an elite space in the legal profession, representing important clients around the world in some of the most challenging disputes and investigations throughout America. The firm's culture is paramount and is the foundation for its success.  Job Summary:  The Receptionist/Office Administrator is responsible for coordinating office logistics for the Washington, D.C. office. As one of the first points of contact, this position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients. We are seeking a candidate that is highly organized, creative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is 100% onsite. Standard schedule is Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm). 
Primary Responsibilities:  Greet and welcome guests and clients in-person and over the phone and provide excellent customer service. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate contact, relay messages in a timely manner. Function as a liaison for building administration, building vendors and office facilities; point of contact for fire drills/search teams and will disseminate news/requests from the building. Daily stocking of assorted beverages in the main/back-office kitchens and service multi-function coffee machines. Regularly take inventory, order and stock office/kitchen supplies and refreshments.  Handle daily lunch order and deliveries; coordinate catering services and event planning for onsite/off-site events. Provide a consistent and professional experience for all candidates in the Washington, D.C. office. Point of contact for conference room scheduling; maintains setup and upkeep before and after meetings. Maintain and update the Washington, D.C. phone list, seating chart, floor plans. Manage keycard access and update the office vendor contacts list and other site-specific databases. Coordinate regular shredding and manage in-house and off-site filing for the Washington, D.C. office. Oversee daily mail sort, receive deliveries, and coordinate FedEx, UPS, USPS, and courier pick-up services. Assist with ad hoc projects/tasks and serve as a back-up to Washington, D.C. admin team. Experience & Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of work experience in a corporate or professional services environment.  Prior reception and admin support experience preferred, professional demeanor and appearance expected. Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning other types of software platforms. Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.  Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds and frequently walk throughout the day around the office.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively across offices.  Self-driven with the ability to anticipate office needs, take the initiative to follow-up and follow through with minimal direction.  Benefits : Use this link bit.ly/2023-Benefits to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge's temporary employees. From time to time Eastridge's clients may offer additional benefits to Eastridge employees while on assignment. Information about those benefits will be communicated when applicable.
