Responsibilities
• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide excellent phone skills• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver Five-Star Customer Service• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary• Promote alteration services and maintain store standards• Respond to customer questions and build long-term relationships• Assist with inventory management and cash wrap transactions• Support sales promotions and visual updates• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent degree• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds• Basic computer and technology skills
