Receptionist

Florida Agency Network is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for our high-volume offices.

The Florida Agency Network (FAN) is a network of independent real estate title agencies that have formed a strategic alliance to provide shared back office services, pooled resources, and greater geographic coverage throughout the State of Florida. Florida Agency Network's proud members include: Hillsborough Title, Tampa Bay Title, Paramount Title, Gator Title, Strategic Title, Patriot Title, Total Title Solutions, and International Title Partners.

Qualified Candidate will:

Answer high-volume phone system and direct clients to appropriate party/department
Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times
Greeting and seating clients with a very welcoming personality
Assist with Earnest money deposits and receipts
Assist clients with general information
Order, Organize, and Maintain office supplies
Etc.
Requirements: Maintain professional demeanor and high level of customer service at all times
Self-motivated individual with at least 1-2 years experience in an office setting/customer service
1-2 years experience handling high-volume phone system
Career-minded
Outgoing and helpful personality
Professional appearance
Punctual and Reliable
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in stressful, high pressure situations
Ability to type 40 WPM
Strong attention to detail
