$2025/hr MF Parttime to grow to fulltime gear provided paid training

Covering Detroit Metro area

As Real Estate Photographer/Videographer Partner with Lake State Media () youll have the freedom to focus solely on capturing stunning photo and video content while we take care of the business accounting editing and marketing aspects.

Prior experience in real estate photography is not required; we offer a comprehensive training program. However you should be comfortable with a camera eager to learn quickly and possess excellent customer service skills.

HIGHLIGHTS

$20/hr training rate & quick raise upon completion to $25$30/hr

Begin as parttime during the training phase/initial months; potential to transition to fulltime

W2 or 1099 options

Diverse range of properties from small condos to multimillion dollar luxury homes

Delivering exceptional customer service experiences while shooting real estate photos/videos drone photo/video footage 3D home tours

All necessary gear provided; you will need your own smartphone computer internet

Requires a lot of driving (gas allowance provided) so must have a reliable vehicle

BONUS POINTS FOR:

Gimbal: using 3axis Gimbal to shoot stabilized video content

Being great at video: both directing & working with agent oncamera

You are FAA part 107 drone licensed
