You'll work with traditional media like radio, TV, newspapers, etc. and you'll be responsible for managing our social media growth as well.This is a role with a lot of growth potential in helping build these brands so if you have experience or have wanted experience in making a big impact in a smaller company - this could be the fit.When it comes to the working environment and the way we built our team...we're a little different than what most people are used to. You will receive these emails shortly after applying.Responsibilities:• Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand• Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth• Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely• Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers• Manage a $600k+ budget and earn a minimum 5.5x return• Track each campaign and report on KPIs• Manage multiple services and contractors: PPC, Cold Callers, SEO, Radio, Paper, TV, Billboards• Write Up To 8 500 word articles a month highlighting customer service during transactions• Cross-post blog content to social media accounts and build our presence• Find/plan/execute community outreach and events • Manage our social media - planning, scheduling, and monitoring• Manage our websites + front-facing brandQualifications:• Minimum 5+ years of marketing/agency experience• Experience with Google + Meta Ads Manager• Be creative, but also able to lead and execute a marketing planAbout Company: We are the Home Buyers of Pittsburgh, a locally owned company that started in 2015 when two partners, Ryan Scialabba and Aaron Archibald, decided to join forces.In the last eight years, we have increased from two partners to a full staff of 25, have bought and sold nearly 1,000 homes, and now have built a 200+ property portfolio.We have a vertically integrated business that includes acquisitions, construction, financing, property management, and a brokerage.For four years running we've won TRIB Live's Best of The Best Real Estate Companies, PBT Best Places to Work, and in 2020 we Ranked #541 on the INC. 5000 list.
