Quality Inspector

We are looking for Quality Inspector for our client in Wilmington, MA Job Title: Quality Inspector Job Location: Wilmington, MA Job Type: Contract Job Description: Pay Range: $37hr - $39hr Essential Functions: Program and operate the Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect and validate parts according to specified criteria/drawing. Conduct receiving inspection transactions in RIDs, reviewing material certs, and completing inspection reports. Analyze measurement results and provide comprehensive reports to engineering and manufacturing teams. Work closely with the program team to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained. Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality processes and standards. Train and guide junior staff or operators in CMM operations, if necessary. Team player and strong communication skills. Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Proficiency in using CMM software, preferably Zeiss CALYPSO or equivalent. Knowledge of Keyence machines. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
