JOB SUMMARY:
Assist the Purchasing Supervisor in management of purchase orders and quote requests facility wide Reconcile packing slips and vendor invoices for accuracy to prepare for the Purchasing Supervisor approval Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, issues, backorders, etc. Maintain medical supply charge codes and costs while working with the Business Office Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory management Organize and maintain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) database facility wide Record and track supply recalls, expirations, and PAR levels Assist the Purchasing Supervisor in maintaining records for the Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI) QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of purchasing and/or healthcare related experience BENEFITS:
