• Conduct property inspections• Maintain organized and clean site office• Manage filing system• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, residents, and coworkers• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years of rental housing management experience• Proven managerial and communication skills• Budgeting and accounting knowledge• Marketing and computer skills• YARDI management software experience is a plus• Criminal background check required
