A builder in the area is looking for a proven Project Manager with a strong background on diverse ground-up and renovation projects. They are continuing to grow and are looking to add to their team. They have a strong and highly skilled group focused on team work and collaboration and self-perform most of their trades. Must have experience on commercial projects. Job Responsiblities Include:
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed Client follow-up and retention Skills and Requirements:
Construction Management degree, or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of commercial and municipal construction management Complex diverse projects including commercial, retail, and office Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout Excellent time management skills Extensive experience in cost controls Great interpersonal and communication skills Samantha Solomon
