Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI) is a historic commercial building restoration contractor that self performs a majority of our work. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and an understanding of construction practices. This is a full time position. This is not a remote or hybrid position. .

Position Summary
Position Summary
Develop procedures for construction based on a thorough review of project specifications, the project schedule, and staffing requirements.
Performs project cost estimates, including labor and material take-offs, to develop project budgets.
Assembles work schedules and production reports based on scope of work.
Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
Management of overall project costing and budgeting.
Preparation and administration of project schedules.
Preparing and processing project submittals and close out documents
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work and compliance with contract documents and safety regulations.
Identify and resolve project-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred is preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and information processes, building materials, architectural drawings, and specifications
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the use of Microsoft excel, word, outlook, and project
Ability to multi task and manage several projects of various sizes
Valid driver's license for travel between job sites and office
Ability to pass state and federal background checks for access onto secure job sites
