Job summary
Full-Time Project Manager positionResponsible for bidding projects and oversight of assigned projects3-5 years of construction experience or degree in estimating/project management preferred
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Drive worry-free projects for customers, vendors, and employees• Develop relationships with project stakeholders to increase success and revenue• Accurately estimate materials and labor for competitive advantage• Process closeouts and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement• Act as liaison to customers, addressing project-related questions and concerns• Develop relationships with potential and current customers for long-term partnerships• Prepare cost estimates and bidding strategies for projects• Coordinate with assistants to obtain job specifications and develop project take-off• Submit estimates to customers and follow up to close new business• Review project estimates for accuracy and feasibility• Provide management team with job status reports and updates on sales funnel
Requirements
• 3-5 years of construction experience, glazing focused or degree in estimating/project management preferred• Ability to consider complex problems and choose appropriate solutions• High school math required, college-level math preferred• OSHA30 preferred• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in construction management/engineering preferred
