A well-established Heavy Civil Construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage multiple heavy civil construction projects, including underground, site, and paving operations• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement necessary changes to ensure successful project delivery• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and construction drawings• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, issues, and recommended actions• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary• Valid driver's license• 5+ years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction (Underground, Site & Paving)• Strong leadership and project management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Proficient in project management software and tools
